Step 1: Prepare documents for applying for a grassroots sports club license

To set up a grassroots sports club and apply for a club license, you need to prepare documents including:

Procedures for applying for a license to operate a professional sports center or club

After completing the business registration procedure, in order to do business in sports services, the enterprise needs to meet the conditions on facilities; equipment; conditions on financial resources; personnel suitable for each type of sports service.

The steps to apply for a license for a professional sports center or club are as follows:

Step 1: Prepare documents:

Documents you need to prepare to apply for a professional sports club license include:

1. Application form (according to required form)
2. Summary of the preparation of sports business conditions (according to required form);
3. Business registration certificate (Copy);
4. Copies of diplomas, certificates and related documents of employees as required.

Step 2: Submit the application to the Provincial People’s Committee

Step 3: Provincial People’s Committee considers and accepts dossiers

In case the dossier is incorrect, the People’s Committee shall issue a notice requesting the amendment and supplementation of the application for the establishment of a sports center.

If the application is complete and valid, the People’s Committee will issue a Certificate of eligibility for sports business within 07 working days.

Step 4: Receive the club or sports center license

Enterprises and business households that are eligible to operate sports centers will be granted a Certificate of eligibility for sports business. The time to receive the results is stated on the application receipt form.
